Multipurpose sober queer venue
QuTo fuses the Mediterranean way of life that is slow-paced, based on good food, drink and conversations with the authentic and quirky Scottish hospitality.
We are an alcohol-free venue that serves quality food and drink, showcases and sells local products, and hosts entertainment events.
QuTo is founded on solidarity, accessibility and inclusion.
We are working towards a safe space especially for people who identify as queer, disabled or BPOC (Black or person of colour) or those looking for spaces free from alcohol and other substances.
Our vision is that our customers feel celebrated in an inclusive space free of the pressure to consume alcohol or substances.
Our mission is to work with other local artists and businesses to offer an affordable addition to the bustling social and cultural life of Glasgow.
How to support us
Donate to our fundraiser
We are raising money to cover our initial costs to open our venue. This venue would be of great benefit to the queer community in Glasgow and offer an alternative space for events. We would be an alcohol-free venue that serves quality food and drink, showcases and sells local products, and hosts entertainment events.
The money donated would be used to get the business up and running including the costs of finding a venue, renovations and any other set up cost.
We are hoping to find a space and be up and running as soon as we can (and depending on lockdown/social distancing restrictions).
We would be delighted to receive any support you decide to offer as every bit helps and we would be very grateful for your assistance in bringing a much needed sober venue to Glasgow!
